Refund Policy
At AGP, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible products under the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns are free and easy if they qualify under our return policy.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.

Products that are customized or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Missing tags, invoices, or signs of tampering will result in the return being denied.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to bonjour@avantgardeparis.fr with your order number, product images, tags, and invoice.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 3–5 business days.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit.

Store credits or coupons are valid for 1 year and can be used at www.maisonagp.com.
5. Exchanges

You may exchange your product for the same item (different size/color, if available) or for any other product of your choice, subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item after receiving it.
7. Policy Updates
AGP reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
